This installs the same as my previous Hybrids. Just download the zip file and extract it to your desktop then initialize the exe and install into a clean 188.8.131.52os
Download 184.108.40.206 HERE
The following tutorial is from my 7.1.4 install, it is the same as v8
Once downloaded and extracted double click to run the installer
If you have 151 already installed it will default to that folder and you will not have to choose a directory
Click the next button to continue install
It will ask you if you want to create the destination directory click no
Click the browse button and navigate to C>program files>common files>research in motion>shared>loader Files>and highlight your OS folder
Once highlighted click next to load the hybrid
Once finished click next and then use apploader to install on your phone
If you want to shrink the OS it is perfectly safe

I'm rocking it on the storm right now! Did the esn swap a few hours ago and it flying now.
It's kinda like a fuel injected .151
Thanks Bro, Great great work. I will play with this this week
Right as I was about to give in for tonight and check up tomorrow, Lol.
Are there any specific program's that don't work with this build? That you guys know of?
EDIT: I just read the title of all of the installers, that's v7.. :P
EDIT#2: But I do have a question. How does Shrink-A-OS work with this? I want to take out the 20MB worth of languages. Is it advised?

Yes, as Bryan has said, it is perfectly safe to shrink this OS
I have update the OP to reflect this
