Guess you are using a non-default theme. You may try to uninstall any third-party theme and just use one (default) theme i.e., Precision Zen.
AFAIK, OS 164 and above are not friendly with third-party themes while this hybrid has 173 base and radio files.

I have it installed for 4 days and all works just fine. It is very stable,almost no memory leak. I use the default theme with a different wallpaper since OS 151.It seems that 3rd party themes somehow mess everything even if they are not active and cause memory loss.
The new berryscroll v1.1 woks very well on the hybrid and no need to re enable it after a battery pull.
I'm very happy with this hybrid till a stable 5.0 will be leaked or hybridized.

when i recieve sms, or mail, i cannot see them. only when i restart i be able to see them.

Might be the theme. I have no problem with the messages.
I have installed quick pull,storm rotation wizard,battery booster,nav4all,berry scroll,google maps,berry weather and no problems at all.
I installed the hybrid over 173 and did a wipe with BBASK. Also used shrink my os before installing.

its the theme most probably...
as themes don't go well with any .151+ os...
try with default theme... if you still encounter such problems.. please let me know...

I have the same problem but I do not restart. go into massages> BB button > view folder> SMS inbox that will allow you to read the massage.

bro, i dun see the need to that....if the OS have no problem, then shld't do this. am doing a feedback.
Oh i have change the themes to default. but it still have problem

Use the search option when u r in messages. click menu, search,menu again and then search again. you dont have to type in anything, jus search and all your new messages will show . you dont hav to reboot. works with any theme

oh btw, since u are doin the hybrid, I thank you for all this, but it seems that giving a feedback to u seems to have no result....if that the case, then i would rather stick back to BBCrackman hybrid instead of yours.
At least when there is problem, BBCrackman is willing to have it solve it out.

I thank you for your advice, but still would you do it if you encounter this problem....am currently using this method..but it not solving the root cause of the problem. am giving a feedback to help grabiel make better hybrid, but no one take the feedback seriously.
