Here it is, 7.95c this is the 7.95 hybrid with the .90 radio for those who need edge

Will it work ok on Verizon

C is intended for use on att and tmobile. although I'm sure it will work on vzw, however you will get the best performance using B.


But if you have problems with pandora/slacker when using the 151 radio, then you want the original 7.95

I installed it. So far I can say that with .90 radio its a best hybrid for 9530 vzw

ok guys im doing a experiment im going to use the 90bradio on 7.95b. im on vzw. ill report findings after reboot

ok i doing first pull. first thing i noticed is that it has the larger keys and still fast as 151. waiting for pull to complete

yes u can im still in testing right now. i did receive a call and had a freeze afterwards but still early to tell

Just installed this last night....Awesome...best yet so far for me...now problems at all and fast as hell....I didnt swap radio though...running whatever radio it came with. I forgot to run the Shrink Os so I guess its running 151 is that right? I'm hesitant to swap since everything is running so good. Only thing I need is Blackberry Maps....i went to download page via the phone and it says its not compatible with this version...anyone know how I can get it back? I cant run my weather app without it

Which versin or u using. If ur using b or a no need to swap radio. A has 132 B has151. And  maps r installed. Unless u didn't check it when u loaded ur os. Also. Its pre shrunk.

You have to installed BB Maps through add/remove either with DM or app loader. The OTA version is for older devices and does not support I believe 4.6 OS and up

I used B...its awesome...much thanks...I didn't check it....just loaded what was there....is there an easy way to add it or do i have to wipe and redo?

I got it, went through app Loader and just added maps and VZ Nav....awesome...I guess im getting better at this

not it won't work with B

the original you can swap it in, but not b.


best bet is to download c

but i should've kept ready so I would've saw someone already answered you lol

yes it is and welcome to twitter. also i ran .90 7.95c on vzw and every ten minutes it froze. i just recommend c for att and tmobile

Were in beta right now. I have noticed quicker typing speed and overall performance. Better transitions. You can see them much much better. Sure type from 167
