    with and without tools

    What is the difference between the with and without tools download. If i just want to install the .167 on my blackberry which one do i download. I currently have .151 on my storm 9530.

    Get the one w/o the tools. the tools sends RIM info about your phone and more. If you do download with tools uninstall them from your pc by going to control panel, unistall programs.
