Thread: My thoughts on 4.7.0.113

Earlier today there was a claim that 4.7.0.113 was leaked for the Storm 9530 and with every release someone has to make the famous line "this is going to be the official release.." well, somehow people believed this and it turned into a royal rumble. So what is the deal with this .113? Is it really going to be the official release? Well, how do I say it nicely? Hell no!! With rumors from good sources saying RIM is in the .150's AND a confirmed OS of .125 out there somewhere, why the hell would they allow .113 to be official? Especially after .114 was leaked out there..Ya, lets continue to make OS's but we're going to make an OS that we worked on three months ago official.. Really, stop believing people with no credibility. Its just for attention! Im going to end it with this..

RIM is a multi million dollar company, and they are getting all kinds of bank from the storm. do u think that the .114 beta would leak before the .113 official, i think there smarter than that , and can atleast pay people to shut the f*** up

my thoughts exatctly....however for s***s and giggles i just decided to install it and run it, and i mean just now, just booted up before i typed this, and im not gonna lie, this actually runs pretty smooth on my phone. i never tried the .113 before, so i cant say its the same....but i gotta say as of now its pretty smooth, ill have to wait and check mem leak and bat and radio.....one thing i have read and noticed is that no 2 phones are the same, its the same way with guns, no 2 guns are the same, no matter where it comes off of the assembly line, it will shoot completely different, so what may work good in mine sucks on someone elses. just my 3 cents

lol i no, i tried reading that earlier, got thorugh 4 pages then realized how many pages it was....its ridiculous....its like throwing a loaf of bread to a group of home less people and watch em all run for it...and ill probably end up going back to crackmans once i see how this works

maybe someone did want some fame but they did have to dig up this beta somewhere.

All it is a hybrid of .113. Same files from the 113 for the 9500 and a few from a previous 9530.

how do you know that?

You can tell by looking at the COD's.

I'm actually enjoying the .113 seems pretty smooth i notice going through the recent calls list that it drags but used to be smooth. Memory leak is still there was at 50.8 this am after reboot 35.8 after i updsted *228 roaming apps open is close fast will keep and see what i can tweak.

Now that is a newb statement. Newer doesn't always mean better... It still has most of the con's that are associated .114.(keyboard, mms) Only time will tell. If it is, I'm sure there will be a hybridv3 in the works.

my verizon guy said that the girl that know the guy that is banging the janitor whos banging the other chick who has herpes says that .177 will be released with transporter like star track, drive like MIB II and do dishes and laundry with one touch NOW THats COOL

According to the source, at April 1, RIM to release a new official OS. 9500 and 9530, there will be a disclosure of the corresponding OS, a disclosure by the European R & D department, a leak from the Department of North American research and development. The official version of OS are 4.7 .0.188, leaking OS is 4.7.0.185. specific new features yet to be announced, but the trust has a very high quality. But there is a disadvantage is in the affirmative, the OS is not the official 9500 English and Chinese character input, the official OS of 9530 can be said to be very perfect. This is the BlackBerry for domestic users is definitely a good news.

U.S. looking forward to it, have a few days, you want the OS will soon be out.

And the important question is....... Do we stay with .114v2 for now, bbcrackman what are you're thoughts, hold out for v3 or another leak higher than .114.
As i read posts on the WWLOW, i'm not seeing any impressive improvements other than stating reboot time is quicker. Comments

I dont feel you will see any significant improvement by moving up to (or in this case down to) .113. I have not heard any changes that would motivate me to install .113. I am personally sticking with v2. I will keep everyone posted on the possibility of v3...
