Thread: BerryBuzz not working with 5.0 OS

berrybuzz hasn't been working since i loaded 5.0 os on my phone. i get the repeating led's but no sound. just for kicks i put BB alerts back on and played around with it to see if it would work. at first it wouldn't either but i found a fix. set the audio type to "audio". normally it is set to "profile" and you set a tone through your profiles but the "audio" selection plays a preset tone from the app itself. so now i have notification alerts again with 5.0os. thought i would share in case anyone else on 5.0 was missing their repeat audio notifications.

I took 5.0 off because alerts only worked with the precision zen theme, but I have been looking around for BB alerts and the only one I'm finding doesn't appear to be available anymore, which one are you using Cat? and are you using it with a theme other than the factory storm theme. Thanks

i am using the stock zen. didn't have any luck with 4.7 themes.

Thanks, I found that link but they indicate it isn't compatible with the Storm, guess they don't know it is. :cool2:

yeah its fully compatible. the only thing is when the alert log screen is in landscape it doesn't fill the whole screen but that is not a problem. the only time look at the app is when i'm setting it up and i do that in portrait.
