Hey-
Sometimes when I upgrade my OS I lose my BBM contacts, sometimes not. Is there a way to make sure I don't lose them this time?
I've use BDM to back up, and BBSAK to backup apps. Am I good before I do my wipe?
Thanks!!

When you upgrade/Downgrade your OS you should always create a backup in DM. If this is done then all you need to do is an advanced restore to get back your contacts.
The following post will show you how to do a selective Messenger resotre

Best thing you can do is to create a backup using Desktop Manager. This sure ensure that you have a back up of your BBM contacts. You can selectively restore them.
First make sure you have your phone plugged in. After you click on Backup and Restore, on the right choose the advanced option.
Then you will see this:
On the left side, click on file > open. Browse to where your back up is and open it. Now just select the BlackBerry Messenger database. Then click the >> button to transfer it to the right side which is the databases on your phone.
That should be it.
You guys are the best!! As always, I am very happy!
