Does this have the .151 radio isssues that OAKS had with .151?? (..pandora & slacker don't work)

Try updating to Pandora 1.1.1. The issues may be fixed.

i backedup 3rd party apps with bbsak but where did they go? is there a folder or something?

Yes. BBSAK creates a folder named Backup in the same location that BBSAK is installed. C:/program files/bbsak.
