Sometimes i have to reboot my phone to accept and sent MMS files, why would it be doing that? That is the only problem that i have with the .151.

My mms incoming show class personal and then unable to download try again later, I hit my BB button and it has a Try Now link but it's a no go. My only issue.

gotta couple of questions for you all? First... Does this
Occur right after a reboot or only later in the day?
Second... Do you run any streaming radio like pandora or slacker?
Have you noticed the same problems with those... Fine
After reboot problem later in the day?
Mine fixes itself after reboot, its later after the reboot that it happens.
I have the same problem. Here are the answers from me:
First... Does this Occur right after a reboot or only later in the day? Later in the day. Can receive/send one or 2, then the failure. Reboot temporarily fixes the problem. From what i can see, it is more dependant on qty of MMS received not time
Second... Do you run any streaming radio like pandora or slacker? I have Slacker loaded, but do not use it.
A batt pull fixes the issue and I am back going. Last instance. I sent one MMS pic. Then tried to send 3 more. The 3 failed. I did a batt pull and have been ok since. Was able to resend the 3 and receive more MMS and send a few more. Usually once I do the batt pull, it is a few days before the issue comes up again.
I am running BBM 5.0, Hybrid 7.1.4-151 OS and a couple of Apps (Facebook and YouMail. There are others but I hardly ever run them.)

Been running .151 (as leaked, no hybrid) since it was leaked and have never encounterd this issue.
many people have reported having this problem. They replaced the mms.cod from .151 with the one from .148 for instructions on how to do this just ask.
OH, ok...lol Now I gotcha! If you don't mind, let's go ahead and post the link so that anyone else coming up behind us has it.

as you requested http://www.blackberryos.com/forums/b...crackutil.html
now these are instructions for replacing service books. to get the .148 mms.cod you can either download and install .148 and get into the java folder and copy it, use lyricdals build a hyrbrid. or if one of the powers to be could post a download link to just that .cod
have you tried and confirmed that it loaded the .148 mms.cod. There have been others that have done this and it worked.. maybe even try another os version?

Do we need to go through step 2?
As I see the directions:
Step 1, connect to crackutil and remove the exisitn MMS.cod
Step 2, phone reboots
Step 3, connect to crackutil and install MMS.cod from 148
Is that it? or is there another step?
Or, can I just over-write my 151 MMS.cod with the 148 MMS.cod file?

Well I went back into CrkUtil and had it list all the files on the phone and the
net_rim_bb_mms.cod file said ver. .148. When I put it in there and tried to send a MMS, I would press the BB button to send it and nothing would come up so there was no way to send. If you guys figure out how to do it, I would love to hear how.
