What type of file are you trying to send, i just did a test sending a voice note with a picture (one someone sent me that i havent been able to forward for quite a while) all seems to be working fine, picture opened and message started playing on open. I tried to send a song but it told me it was to large.

Actually, I received a message from a friend and it had a picture and a song was supposed to play with the picture...I saw the picture but nothing played...I pressed to volume button and got nothing. I tried several messages I had saved that I know have sounds attached and they don't play at all.

Try going to options>MMS, make sure multimedia reception is set to automatic, and automatic retrieval is to home only or always, mine is home only (incase of roaming charges) I dont think it matters with Verizon. Let me know if that works

I downloaded and installed the new hybrid on Saturday, and so far so good....except for one thing, that I've just noticed. My Visual Voicemail no longer works. I've just received a voicemail, but when I click on the message, nothing happens. I just get a message stating to call Customer Service if the problem persists. The last VM I received was on Friday night, and my Visual VM worked fine at that point (pre-Hybrid V2). Anyone else with this issue?

Ok, mine was already set the way you suggested. Still no sounds.

intsall went smooth
no problem there
but it seems reception is worst
i have less bars in same spot before upgrade
need help please
is it the rdio code
how do i correct and why is this

Also Options/ Advanced Options/ Applications/ highlight Phone do not click/ BB Button/ edit permissions/ allow all

Nope, neither of those options helped. I guess I will Customer Dis-Service and see if they can help me out. I will keep you posted...thanks for the tips.

If your not Verizon, it won't.

Got it going about 4:00 Saturday and all is well. Went from .109 to this and appears that everything is improved. The only problems I had were self inflicted.. Thanks a lot Crackman!

From BBC's readme in the zip:

Memory leak ( has not been eliminated, however has been much improved)

BT (has been fixed, I dont have BT stereo so I did not check that, it does however work with my earpiece)

You need to go thru X86/common files/ research in motion/ shared/ loader files

There's no "/shared/loader files" under my programs(x86) either

Where else could I look?

I just downloaded and did a battery pull. works great so what is bt

BBCrackman...the v2 Hybrid works great! My battery life is only down 5-10% after 7 hours of use.
I have a question After a battery Pull I have a maximum of 26 memory which will dwindle down to 9 or 10 by late afternoon. i shut off the few apps I am running when I close them. It seems some people have 40 -50 MB What is the difference.
I have Google maps, Poynt, Viigo, Epocrates, running. Any ideas?
