Oh, crap. So, successfully installed the new hybrid on my Storm yesterday. Very happy, no memory leak, no other problems. Installed on my Vista machine.

Installed on my hubby's Storm using his XP machine. 1st problem was that it didn't back up during the installation, so I had to do the restore myself from the DM. No problem there.....Here's the problem.....
NO BROWSER! ooooo nooooo! What did I do? What do I do now? Can't download another one since I can't get to the internet. HELP!?

After installing hybrid 2 I cannot download any new apps. My downloads keep failing. I tried to download Poynt and Weather eye. They both failed.

Anybody tried to update PRLs after v2 install? I'm in MN and after about 8 mins. it came back to tell me they were unable to update my phone

I just did a battery pull, and it's working now. Why didn't I think of doing that. What do they say? "when in doubt, pull it out"?

GREAT IMPROVEMENT !!!! I was having issues with v1, my battery was draining way to quickly with little to no usage and couldnt figure out why. Been on v2 since early this morn and im only down 10% on the batt. So far everything else is running smooth as it can !! great work Crackman.... thanx again !

that impressed me too, my battery life has been outstanding, browser quicker & free memory has jumped up more than 10mb...great version.

Yeah it worked no problem but I updated mine yesterday. Verizon has been having issues today. Try again in the morning.

I have Verizon in MN and haven't had any problems that a battery pull can't fix.

Is anyone having issues with MMS messages? I can receive them, but if they have sound with them, the sound isn't playing. Any ideas? And yes, I am running v2 of the hybrid. Otherwise, it seems very good.
