Thread: Help upgrading OS from 4.7.0.76

I wipe my phone many times with JL_Cmder v1.9.0 64 bits

I install version 5.0.0.140 with many problems
App error 200
App error 523
...

and I wipe my phone many other times

I download this file

4.7.0.151

and this one OOAKDPC9530v7.11.rar

When I go to Option / About and the 3rd line is always 4.7.0.76

Do you use apploader or DM? and because you are on a BES if your admin is pushing that out I belive that it will want to install that.. You did say you were on a BES right?

I would try the straight .151 first....This will help you to verify if Straight OS will take.

I'm on a BES, and I'm the admin... if that help

Yeah that's just to get your data service and books....

Don't forget to delete the vendor file and disconnect the PC from the internet.
