I have been told by someone known to all of us, that I should not under any circumstances install any files from THAT folder. It will send back to RIM, no way to stop that.

Crap I must have missed that memo. Lol. I tried swapping those browser files without success. I haven't noticed any difference

A lot of people think that too. But truth be told, RIM has a lot of people already that test their software and devices. They don't really have any sort of need to leak it to us. And as you may have read with the leak of 5.0.0.140, they sometimes have new features they want to keep secret.

You wouldn't see a difference, per se, but my contact says that these cod files call home without us knowing in some way....even kicking quincy out will not stop this.

So.. They going to send the blackberry police after us? There's nooooo way they could get all the what, 1 million peeps that downloaded it? Its probably an experiment on their end

Either way all this hubbub is awesome! Been sorta quiet till now in bb land!
