Can someone tell me where i can find the easy button to ota download my tour was nuked and i got a new one and want to reload it thanks

thank you catside, one more i had a barnes and noble app that could look up info on any book i took a pic of do u knoe where that is.? thanks

p.s. u have the storm??? did u loose any functions when you dl the 5.0.191.???? i'm new here and a little scared. i have been thru 3 tours so far a completley blank screen except for a very small monitor with a line thru it and it sayinr software reboot.

yes i have a storm and yes i lost some functionality with 5.0 os...there is definitely some give and take when loading 5.0 at this point. maybe we'll get something better soon.

What app. is everyone using to do a reset??
Quicklaunch reset was working for me, untill I had to wipe and reinstall the os, now it won't work. I have uninstalled QL and reinstalled it, and it still won't work.
Would like to find an app that will preform a reset, other than removing the batter every time.

Yep same happened to me with QL on the Tour .191. It worked for the first day, but not since thank goodness we keyboard owners can reset with the key combination

Anyone else have any suggestions for us STORM owners, concerning a soft reset????? Are there any that are working?????

The camera is a great soft reset for os .191 on the storm.

I would not suggest repeated use of that as a soft reset. Could lead to a very unhappy Storm. At the moment, I am not sure of any soft reset working. I have just been using a good ole fashioned battery pull.

so far my reset in quicklaunch is still working...

Thanks for the info. I guess it's the old fashioned battery pull for me too!
I wonder what caused my QL reset to break after I reinstalled the os???
