Sorry Im a little late responding, yes it is pin specific but it is determined by what the Bes Admin sets as your pin to start, then the software does the rest. What I mean by that is that once it is set to reactivate through your DM, you can change devices at anytime and the DM will ask you if you want to sync to your server. As polar states you have to have the DM installed at the pc in which your corporate email resides. That is all you need if your BES Admin is willing to set it up.

Thanks all. I did get it to work, was probably the DM 5 I installed or something. My BES is set up so that it automatically reactivates upon connecting to DM5.
