60 seconds is approximate time it takes for all processes in the Storm to completely shut down. Three seems to be a number in which the phone stabilizes and begins to run optimally. Some do more others do less, but three seems to be the magic number.

Yes -- everytime. It is required for the hybrid to work properly. 3 battery pulls 60 seconds each. It probably helps complete the intergration and installation

    Thank you very much

So, If I understand well, When I install the hibrid, I will do a battery pull then when the phone is off, I will wait for 60 seconds to put it back the battery again or I will wait 60 seconds when the phone is on to do the next battery pull?

And do this process 3 times, right?

Note: Sorry for the noob question, I never hear something like this

First off there is no such thing as a noob question so feel free to ask whatever question you like.

Here is the procedure for the battery pull:

Once the phone has fully booted (gone through the security check) you remove the battery and then wait 60 seconds until you reinsert it. Then wait for the phone to fully reboot again and the pull the battery again for 60 seconds. Do that a total of three times and you're good to go.

Some findings....so far the Storm is very snappy --- I had a reboot the first time I tried to take a picture with the camera but so far since then the phone is working like the Gods.
As a T-Mobile customer, I am still waiting to pass judgement on the newest radio file (which is in this hybrid). I have noticed that in options/about -- the .151 is still .151 -- compared to .148 changing to .151 after V7 was installed. I am sure some people will be wondering how they can tell if V7.1.4 is really installed.
Switching from portrait to landscape could be a bit quicker, however, it looks like accidental rotations can be prevented.
Browser is quick, very snappy .
With .151 allowing more free application memory, I really think this version of bbcrackman will thrive. Personally, I dont use shrink-an-os --- I just havent had the need to, so you guys out there who use it (if it will work with this hybrid) will really benefit from this hybrid and the more free memory in .151.

i guess to summarize...my phone is FAST, and I mean FAAASSSSSSTTTTT

THANK YOU BBCRACKMAN! What a bybrid for .151 ----

Will update my findings day by day ---- and for all you GSM users out there----and I am sure you all agree --- good riddins to the .90 radio ---- lets just hope we can keep it away for good -- I am an hour into the new radio code here and its working well --- fingers crossed!
