Boot with 51.9 megs of memory after 3 battery pulls
Accemeter is fast
Transitions are very smooth, no clocks
camera is fast and has the green box which I like
browser is fast
BES activation fast
Radio seems to be the same for me at least in my office
And no color banding

Definitely the fastest OS yet

As a T-Mobile customer, I am still waiting to pass judgement on the newest radio file (which is in this hybrid). With .151 allowing more free application memory, I really think this version of bbcrackman will thrive. Personally, I dont use shrink-an-os --- I just havent had the need to, so you guys out there who use it (if it will work with this hybrid) will really benefit from this hybrid and the more free memory in .151.

After a little error on my part I got this loaded on my phone. I loaded up at 52mb. I'm running Capture It, Quick Pull, Slacker and Facebook. I was running OOAK's latest hybrid. Tough to compare after a few hours. I've seen less spinning clocks. The browser is very fast and I start up with a lot of memory. This my first BBC hybrid and so far I'm really liking it.

Is this just 7.1.3 with .151 radio? If so I've been running this since 9530 .151 was released. It runs great def best yet

could someone who's run both straight 151 and crackman's new hybrid please tell me what would be some of the positives of running v7.1.4
do the 5.0 files improve browser speed and should accelerometer be snappier?

Loving this OS & V7.1.4. Running around 16 3rd party apps & booted up at 51mb at 7:30 this morning. According to meterberry, I'm sitting at 45mb after 6hrs of constant use & with 4 apps running since start up. Hats off to you BBC & the person who leaked the OS.

Yes the browser is def faster then the straight .151
Memory seems to be holding better on v7.1.4 (I booted up with 2mb less then straight .151) but I have virtually no leak to speak of
Accelerometer seems faster then .151 straight

No skram BBC added some files and took some out. I can't remember off the top of my head what he changed but he did do some changing. Hopefully when the big guy gets on later he can shed some light

LMAO!! Anyway, I just loaded crackman's hybrid up on my pc and I'll be installing after a meeting this afternoon. I'll get back with an update when I can.

Does anyone know if the theme issue has been fixed with the hybrid? I only ask because I won a theme here and can't use it on .151! :-(

No, unfortunatley it's up to the theme builder to fix the theme to work with 151. This hybrid will not fix it. Sorry

Its different than7.1.3, it mostly all 151 and 5.0. Only a couple others are in there.

Does this still have a few 148 files in it?
