    what storm do you are on 9530 or 9500?
    go to the tmobile web page. log in and select set up internet email. is at the very bottom of the page, if it allows you to set the internet email, the is not locked to a different carrier

    Ok, I am trying to change devices on the tmo site. When I do it says device changed.
    I sent a pic and it dropped to edge but it sent it.

    I'm using a 9530 and I do have my 3 emails set up to it.

    E you probably know better but does he have to alter his APN. If I recall each time he uses a program that requires BIS it will drop to edge unless some setting is changed.

    yes sir you are correct, current best apn for tmobile is epc.tmobile.com,

    settings are:
    APN settings Enabled
    apn: epc.tmobile.com
    apn authentication enabled. do not checkmark
    username: leave it blank
    password: leave it blank


    if that doesnt work try with wap.voicestream.com as the apn

    I had the wap one, trying with the epc one now
