Or even another question...are most of you running this straight, or do you install BBCMv7 on top of .151?
I am running this with BBC's hybrid right now and loving it. If you do install the hybrid over .151 you will need to use either Shrink A OS to swap the radio code to .151 or manually copy and past the radio code from .151 into the OS folder as BBC's hybrid overwrites whatever radio code you have installed with .148 radio. Let me look into Lyr's hybrid for you and I will get back with you on his.
Ok for Lyr's here is what you can do
Head to this thread http://www.blackberryos.com/forums/9...00-hybrid.html
Either just download his installer and install over .151 that is already on your PC or download just the java folder and copy and paste :)
ok so I'm going to go with BBC's hybrid. Do I install the hybrid over .151 like every other time? Then when that is done, can I use swap-a-radio?
Yep just install over .151 but the only change is you can't use swap since Lyr discontinued support on that, and combined it with Shrink now :) here is a link to download the new shrink as well as a walk through on the updated version

so install v7 then run shrink, then app loader?
hey if you do this do you still get the no color banding?
so I ran swap a radio, but how do you kinow for sure it really happened? I got a confirmation, but is there somewhere on the phone that it shows?
it shows .151. I know that part worked, I'm asking specifically about the radio.
on your phone go to options>about what does your version and platform show?
The Platform is the Radio :)
.186 is .151`s radio
and
.181 is .148`s radio

Thanks. Is that the one that has the fix for SureType? I hated the typo's with v7.
