Try going to c: program files/common files/research in motion/applications loader/ and locate the loader.exe (small phone icon) and double click on it that should load the os, if you are on vista right click on it and run as administrator

I've been running 151 for 12 hrs and I boot up at 53MB after installing all my apps and themes. My memory has only dropped to 51MB I can't believe. Oh and Opera seems to be on steroids cause its lightning fast. So far I have no complaints. IMO 151 is a keeper.

I didn't get a chance to load this up yesterday. 62 mg before apps and 49.5 after all my apps loaded. Doing one last battery pull and then put it through the paces. 5 mgs more than before, but that usually seems to drop a bit after a while.

But I have two questions, since 151 is a very good OS, is it necessary to have a hybrid to add on it? 2. If yes, what's the difference between both?

Its your preference whether you want straight .151 or a hybrid. Lyricidals hybrid has a lot of 5.0 files in it so that makes .151 even better!

Those are regular messaging cods. You need bb messenger cods. If you shrunk, they are in the removed files folder. Run shrink again and put the bbm back.
