Try going into Options -> Security Options -> Key Store.

In there you can disable the Keystore backup/restore. This way it skips that part.

I would not shrink with this hybrid as it has caused problems some people. Shrinking a OS is fine to do however personally speaking I never do.

Yes you can for some it cause issues down the road, and others it hasn't. I have run Shrink on this and have not had any issues at all

It works with some themes but not all. There is a theme compatibility list I will try and find for you.
