Mike both those are left over from swap and shrink from your first go around. You will want to delete those as they will most likely cause an error.

I agree with Josh...if you have ONE back up .sfi and ONE removed files folder, you are ok, but if more, you might want to reinstall

Hi Olta, if you go back a few posts you will see what happened to my phone after following the steps exactly as I outlined them. I think J and Bryan were trying to give me a more foolproof way of loading since I had such bad luck thru shrink a os. Maybe I just shouldn't be shrinking it? Or maybe I shouldn't be swapping a radio? I'm not sure what to do. I may just go back to my tried n true .148 v6 w/.132 radio shrunk.

Bryan, I have left them alone and was fine...but if it does cause an error or he is "at risk" for it, then yes better delete them

Mikenbekah, as you know how each storm reacts differently to any OS, so you just have to see how your phone does. There were people that shrunk and swapped and are running fine without issues. Bbcrackman does not recommend shrinking, as it has caused issues. If all fails, wipe, uninstall all OS from PC, then go to c: program files>common files>rim>shared> and delete any left overs from the hybrid. Restart PC, and then just start installation from scratch.

Are you still getting the error message Mike? If so, uninstall everything off your PC (including any leftovers in the Shared Folder) and reinstall but just don't use shrink a os. Just my two cents.
