No one here thinks that at all When helping someone you have to start at the basics (since you never know their skill level).

right not happy!!! that link for "crackutil" just tried to attack my computer, norton just went mad at me, notifications flashing up all over the place!!! anyway lets get away from the gender confusion.... WHAT THE HELL DO I DO!!!!

Disable norton and download the link for Crackutil it is a know issue that some virus software do not like Crackutil.

it won't let me do this process "file manipulation - INTERMEDIATE", I thought perhaps the program had frozen because nothing would click so I went into ctrl-alt-delete but it says the program is responding so perhaps i've done something wrong along the way?

What OS do you have on your PC?

XP, i'm using my old pc instead of my laptop incase the worst should happen. im trying again. error message popped up - crackutil - file access denied!

OK so you are on XP that is good did you extract the .exe out of the zip folder? (I usually do it to my desktop)

Don't panic here download crackutil Here this is a different download link. Let's try it from scratch

Download the zip to your desktop

Then extract the .exe to your desktop

And then try the steps

right im having to nip out for a while. ill be back soon. but thanksfor the help so far. im wondering if i should delete all that stuff i just downloaded and re do it later, step by step - i think because norton was on it didnt like it, and things didnt quite go to plan. ill check back later, but in the mean if anyone suddenly realises theres a link that will solve everythingthat would be ace lol - see you soon.
