I deleted everything in the 148 folder then copied all his stuff except the removed files

D you copied the cdma, java and all the loose files?

My question is this: (I would like to load this but a lot has been taken out.) How do I add the cod files from the RemovedFiles folder without using shrink to put them back? Let's say I want PasswordKeepeer, do I just grab everything that reads passwordkeeper or will I miss something?

This is my work phone. It's too much work to load it and go back to use shrink to add files.

My suggestion is not mess around with the Cod files unless you know what you are doing. If you want to add them back it would prudent to use Shrink A OS to do so. Is there a reason why you don't want to use that program?

When I load a Hybrid to my phone it takes a least 6-7 batt pulls to get it stable. That includes Desktop and BES activation. This one looks great but there are about 3 programs that I need. If I use Shrink to reload them, then I will be up to 10 pulls. I'm an addict but I'm not that needy. There has got to be an easier way.

Trust me when I say you do not want to attempt adding the Cod files back yourself. Some of the applications are multiple cods and if you do not do it properly you will brick your phone. If there was an easier way I would let you know.

Well thanks but no thanks for me. Unless someone says that this is the best thing since sliced bread, I'll stick with what I got.

IMHO it's good but I prefer BBC's over this.

By the way he just release an update to v7.1 (its called update 2). You should check it out it's running great on my phone.

A wipe is always recommended. The results are dramatically improve with any OS install.

Look for an updated version by the end of this week. Been having PC issues, but will have everything straightened out by the beginning of next week.

Would it be possible to load this hybrid over 151 base on a 9500. I really enjoy the radio. Not sure about the 148 radio but could 148 be used as a base if necessary, 9500 of course!

I don't see why not as long you use a radio compatible with the 9500.

yes, that is what I do not get,
I tried after I reinstalled the official .148
1. Deleted everything in the .148 folder and copied everything you just said.

2. (2nd or 4th try) I just copied what you said over the .148 stuff.

In all try's when I load (either loader or DM) it hangs then fails on the first part just ⅓ in.

I just loaded .148 with the .90 radio after to try this out (and yes it loaded just fine the first time), for some reason on some of my email to web browsing when I click between the page and column view the words disappear in one of the views but reappear when switched back, seem to happen with bbcrackman's (no offense please) loads with my phone. I have not tried out the v7.1 up2 yet but will sometime.

Last night I tried to get this (OneofaKindDPC's) to work and it looks like my phone does not like it, or in the past I think I had to remove all OS's and DM reboot load DM reboot then load his OS's, I think that is the only way for me

Get a load of this...I did a soft reset YESTERDAY morning...
and today at 4:45pm I'm sitting at 46MB. I kept .148 this time, and
get any spinning clock. Great hybrid !!!

OOAKDPC makes great hybrids I've used a great many myself.
