I updated to 114, but the service data wasn't working for me. Where I can get the .75 OS download to downgrade?

If you really want to go back to .75 here is the link VZWBlackberry

Did you install .114 or the .114 Hybrid?
Did you resend your service books?
Did you register on the BlackBerry Network?

I can help you get it going if you would like. The storm is so much more that what you can get from .75. However, if that is where you are comfortable then go to the link above.

If you can help me, It would be great.
How do I resend the service books? Do you mean host routing table, if so, I already did.

No, we are going to send service books.
go to Setup/email setup/bb button/service books/ send service books
Once installed do a battery pull, leave out for 30 seconds, re install
This will refresh your device.

Just a thought, but look for your email settings button in your download folder. For some reason mine got moved there after my last OS install. Make sure to check entire folder.

Can someone please do me a favor, download .75 and upload to media fire.
I can accelerate the download speed of media fire. Currently it is downloading sooo slow.

I don't have it on my pc, so i'm no help there. Have you tried getting it from the vzw website in the Official Os forum?

Yeah, that's where I am getting it from... 3 more hours . Jeez, mediafire link would have been done ages ago.

I'm sure you already this, but have you dialed *228 and done both options #1 and #2?

I am not using Verizon as a carrier.
I live in lebanon, and I use MTC touch, daughter company of Zain.

Well you should edit your personal info to state that, not verizon. To make .114 work with your carrier, you will have to do this phone keeps going from uper case EDGE to lower case edge and I cant get data services , but you will have to somehow get a copy of your carriers service books. Possibly do you have an old Backup in DM that might be from your original OS.

I downloaded the .75 OS, but how do I downgrade to it? BB manager doesn't get it.

STEP ONE:
Back it up. Go to Desktop Manager (hereafter referred to as DM) and back up your device.


STEP TWO:
Uninstall the OS that you are trying to downgrade from, from your computer.
If you are running XP go to control panel > add/remove programs. If you are running vista go to control panel > programs and features.
See yellow highlight in pic below. Be sure that you are choosing DEVICE SOFTWARE, not the DESKTOP MANAGER.



Once the uninstall has finished, restart your computer.

STEP THREE:
Now that your computer is OS free, download the official version that you would like to install.

Once the OS has downloaded, run the install by following the onscreen instructions

STEP FOUR:
Navigate to this window (address on top of pic) and double click the highlighted file. See pic below






Follow the onscreen instructions. You will be asked before the install begins whether you really want to install an older version. Choose to go ahead and install the older version.

Downgraded, Am not receive the EDGE signal.
I just screwed it up.
