spepi, i dont know whats going on with meterberry and v7... there are members that are having issues and there are members like me who it it is working flawlessly for...

have you tried:

deleting meterberry
batterypull
installing meterberry
batterypull

lol... I just sang the be like mike song with bryan instead in my head! Thanks a lot! I'm keeping meterberry for the reset function and logging of battery and memory in case I need it but I haven't really checked my memory much lately.

Sorry to hear to Spepi it seems to be hit or miss oh who MB decides to work for.

Now, when playing videos back, the phone resets....ugh!:crying:

went back to straight VZW .148.....I just want the phone to work.....

Spepi sorry to hear that I just watched to video trying to recreate your issue and I couldn't. I would try wiping the phone again and re downloading both .148 and v7? Maybe you had a corrupted file?

When I did my original upgrade, I installed .148 on my PC, then V7 on top, then installed after.....so my steps were

JL_CMDR Wipe
Installed .148 on to PC
Installed V7 on .148
Connected 9530, tried the loader, but didnt work, so I installed via DM....

so I never stared with .148...i mixed it up, and installed...will try V7 now....

Loader.exe doesnt see my PIN...any ideas? This happened before, so I used DM to upgrade to V7 before

try rebooting your PC with the phone plugged in

Try these steps

-Disconnect the BlackBerry device from the computer.
-In BlackBerry Desktop Manager, open Application Loader and click Next.
-Perform a hard reset on the BlackBerry device.
-Reconnect the BlackBerry device to the computer before the BlackBerry device finishes resetting, and complete one of the following steps:
-For BlackBerry devices with a USB connection, wait until the drop-down list on the Communication Port Selection window changes to USB PIN and click Next.
-For BlackBerry devices with a serial connection, click Next on the Communication Port Selection window.
-If the Handheld Password Required dialog box appears, type your password. The Application Loader will detect the BlackBerry device.

Note: If these steps do not complete successfully the first time, the BlackBerry device might have finished resetting before the Application Loader could connect to the BlackBerry device.
