Fire I have the same issue with .148 myself the battery life is horrible for me. The easiest way to correct that issue is use Swap A Raido
and Swap out the .148 radio with another one ( I would suggest .132 or my favorite .109)

    Download Swap A Radio Here
extract the .exe to your desktop
If you are on Vista right click and choose run as admin
Open program and browse to your OS folder
Choose whatever radio you would like (it will download for you)
Once complete click launch loader and it will replace your current radio with the one you chose

Remember do a back up just in case

Ok so now you should be able to double click and open the file downloaded. Then click and hold on the shrink .exe inside the zip and drag to your desktop. It will place a blue bb icon on your desktop. Double click that icon (remember if you are on vista right click and choose run as admin) and click the browse button and select your OS folder. Once that is done choose what radio you want to swap into your phone. I would suggest trying .132 first. Once you have selected it will then download that radio file. Once you get the confirmation that it is done plug in your phone and click the launch loader button and let it update your phone

You OS is located at the following

C>program files>common files>research in motion>shared>loader> then you should see you .148 OS folder there>highlight that folder

Swap A Radio allows you to take a radio that you liked from a previous OS and install into this new OS with out having to manually copy and paste folders

Glad to help and yes our team here is the best IMO. The video question I am not sure about though what type of files are you trying to view?

Last time I checked that was a no go for Wav files on a blackberry, and I don't think that has changed any.
