You can try to find an emaill address thats not listed as a contact in your Berry. To do this start an email by typeing the first few letters of a person at your work email address. There it will give the option to "look up". Select that and if it finds the person your connected.

Did you try to send a test email to yourself?

I think it rebooted and went back to activation I'm at 81%

You good then, mine usually hangs for a while around 85% to 89% but dont worry it will complete. If possible go to the place where your at that gets the best signal and it wil go faster. But once thats done activating your all set.

Need to resend Service Books,

Setup>Email Settings>BB button key>Service Books>Send Service Books

where is setup if I go to options>service book there is no where to resend

If you go to into email setting and log in you can then hit bb button and choose resend service books. Or if you are on Verizon you can go here on the pc
