Thread: Interesting...multiple sources on CB stating that .148 will be VZ Official

I havent been on that site for a while so I figured I jump on and see whats going on and its stating that VZ is making .148 Official OS as of this Sunday May 31st. Just thought I share with BBOS.

For many people, .148 still has the bluetooth bug though....so I don't know.

I just noticed that Patches said it was approved, as well.

well it makes sense. IMHO I think we are the final stage of verizon's "infamous" testing procedure.

bring it on thats a pretty good tide me over until 5.0 leaks/launches.

we can all go home to our famlies and friends.. A life without F5's and hours on end trying to make this phone work better.

Now what are we going to do?

Just because there is an Official release doesn't mean we won't see more leaks. Bell's official was .122 but we are way past that now. I have this sneaking suspicion we will see a 5.0 leak in the near future.

We can keep hitting F5 waiting for 5.0...and trying to figure out solution for jlevy bluetooth problem

I was just hoping VZ would come out with a better one than 148 but Oh well!

Think about it this way.... If you were still on .75 wouldn't .148 blow your mind. I know it would for me it would be like a whole different phone. We are just spoiled by BBCrackman

well just because they're releasing .148 doesn't mean we won't get anything else ever. and .148 is a lot better than any other official release in the last 6 months!

LOL.....You got a point there! Never really looked at it in that point of view! It would be a big jump! And yes its probably because we are spoiled with BBCM's Hybrid's!

yea i kno for some friends and family that have the storm .. and havent been on the forums like me.. they are stuck on .75 or they wait for me to update their phones.. my dad is on V5.1 .. my mom is on v3 i think lol.. and 2 of my friends are still one .75 and another is on .114 or somethin... i agree that this update for most others not crashin the forums.. or scared to try to update themselves will b beyond please... and jlevy... ummm thats tough.. lol u should write a letter.. and say.. "verizon i would disapprove with releasin .148 to the general public.. because my bluetooth doesnt function how i want it!" lol.. but im warnin u that if they dont release it .. and its just a rumor.. people will blame u... lmao.. lol.. but good thing we got bbcm .. cause no matter wut .. well be a even or a step a head wit verizon however things work out.. lol..
