Thread: BBCrackman v6 Hybrid information

I have been working on the new version since the release of 4.7.0.148 and hope to be releasing to the VIP members soon. This build I have done something a little different than previous builds. I decided to use some of the 5.0.0.93 attributes in this Hybrid. I have been working diligently on the BlueTooth fix for some that have issues with volume (jlevy). Accelerometer has been slightly improved over 132 and 148. Memory management has also been improved, I have been able to hold and recover better than previous releases, not to mention leakage has been minimized too compared to other Hybrid releases. At least on my device which has had the same applications every time. I have a another day or so of testing before release. So keep checking back..

Are the 5.0 files that you'll be using the ones for the browser? I have noticed that the hybrids from lyricidal, the browser always seems to be a touch faster.

And what was the decision to incorporate the 5.0 files into your hybrid?

Yes, some are for the browser. The reason I decided to go with some of the 5.0.0.93 attributes was I was looking for better performance out of the browser for one, and 2 because they have made improvements over the 5.0.0.90 that was acceptable to me to incorporate into v6.

Good stuff. Can't wait to see what the final product looks like. So far, everyone of your hybrids have worked like a charm.

Im running a plain jane install of .148 with Meterberry running, and WOW....very stable, battery life is god, memory life is good....if you need a tester, Im always looking to ehance this bad boy

Can't wait! BBC Hybrids are always the best. I'm running .148 with the BBC v5 Java files...very smooth. I wonder what improvements v6 will hold in store for us...
