Thread: CrackUtil question

i am running .114 hybrid platform 136, but when i connect to crackutil it says .109. This in no way affects my phones performance, was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. by the way, love this hybrid! thx to crackman and all else who contributed.

Which place on Crackutil are you seeing .109

The red or the green circle. If it is the red, it just means that some of BBcrackman's .cod files are from the .109 java folder.

could the .109 = the 136 platform? maybe straight .114 would say 143

Yes. You are correct. After looking at mine, 103/106, it shows mine as .103. Some Crackutil must read the platform as there OS version. Nice Find.

I think that's the case because I know Installing .114 and using CrackMem that it left all the sample images. CrackMem & CrackUtil looks like they need slight updates.

Negative. Crackutil uses a reader to determine The OS on your phone. There is no internal database that crackutil has to look to. It reads it directly from phone. After researching the OP problem, we found that crackutil uses the OS platform to determine the OS version in the bottom left-hand corner of the program. I guess the easy way to think of platform is its the base.

Well CrackMem has not been moving files out like it used to... I was kind of focusing on that fact (a bit off topic I know). I'm wondering if it has to do with creating hybrid OSes or not?

Thoughts?
