Volume Tweak??
I've seen complaints of this here and on crackberry forums and my question is...
is there a way in the FIRMWARE of the storm to increase the maximum volume output for the media player?
I've connected my storm to my audio input on my car stereo to play music and I need to increase my stereo's volume to hear the music at an acceptable level....then if I switch back to radio, my windows nearly shatter. If I do this with another mp3 player(ipod, etc.) the volume is just fine.
I also tried to listen to music via bluetooth and it's the same result. Phone volume is fine...it's the media player volume.
I don't know if this is an issue with hardware or firmware. And yes, I have audio boost on....
Anybody that's on the forums from RIM have any ideas??

Wirelessly posted
Unfortunately there is not away that I am aware of to alter the script that controls audio output currently.

Thanks
Damn...
Toughest part is I have a bluetooth headset on my motorcycle helmet, and it's impossible to hear anything over 30mph due to the wind, even in a full face helmet....even thru the 3.5mm jack it's the same.
However, my ipod output is just fine, so it'll have to be that until something changes.
Let me also express my appreciation for you're hybrids, keep up the great work!!
Thanks again
