    Go to email settings>BB button>Service Books>Resend, and you should get a message for each email account you have set up

    I think I'm ok now. I re registered host routing once again and now all my emails came through. Don't know what the problem was but hopefully it's all good now. Thanks to all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Not sure if there are several ways to do it, but i do my service books from the email settings icon. wait till it loads and hit blackberry button. you will see in the menu, service books.

    BG what problem are you having? Have you tried this option

    1 Open Desktop Manager and plug in your phone
    2 Go to Backup and Restore
    3 Click the Advanced button
    4 Highlight Browser Data Cache under device databases
    5 click clear
