    Cannot backup 3rd party apps

I have backed them up quite a few times with no issues using the Device switch wizzard. But my last two times I cannot get it to backup all my apps.
It seems to only be backing up the last apps I've installed since my last wipe, ie When I installed 132 I backed up and it backed up all my apps (Weatherbug, 5 games, F* My Life, VyMail, App World, etc) but I reloaded them from the backup file, not redownloaded.
Since then when I perform the process it only has Air traffic control in the folder, so I know I'm performing the process right because it is backing up, but not all my apps...Am I missing something??

P.S. Sorry if I wrote this longwindedly

Why buy a Blackberry if your not going to tinker with it???

have you actually tried to restore your third party apps and some are missing or are you just going off of what you see in the folder with your PIN number on it?

i have backed up and restored and it looks like everything isnt there but its in the alx file.

The alx file only holds the links to the .Cod files, so If your cod files are not in the folder...you do not have them...

Have you tried rebooting phone and computer? This has helped others in the past with this problem

Not sure what you mean, but bascally I go through the process and and I get no errors. It completes itself and I search my pin, move the folder and alx to my desktop and open the folder and it only has two cod's in there...

Should have around 15 for all my apps. For some reason its not seeing my other apps. Only my last two that I downloaded. tried clearing my browser cache dont know what else it could be...

I don't think its going to be a problem with the DM. Do you have a previous backup of the Apps?

I am sure you are doing this but I thought I would ask just to cover all options. After DM gets done backing up the 3rd party apps, you are copying the folder before hitting cancel correct?
