just wondering about this. my thoughts with the quickpull and the phone resets, is it really taking the power off the phone (with it still plugged in) or is a battery pull still the best with all power to handset removed????

For maintenance, quickpull.....to resolve issues, battpull.
And agree 200%, 100% for rellims and another 100% for tenney.
This must be the right way we are up to 1200% already. :hmmm:
I have a related question:
What is the correct method of doing a battery pull?
Do I turn the phone off and then pull the battery?
Do I pull the battery with the phone on and running?
Does the phone have to fully reboot in between pulls (when doing multiple pulls)?
Thanks for the help!
according to CX over @ CB
the best way is to;
delete the event log, might as well delete browser cache do a memory clean (IMO)
as JL said leave the phone on pull the batt
wait 60 seconds and now your on a clean slate
