Seems to work fine so far, but the Bluetooth Volume still seems low. Nowhere near the volume of the .419 base OSs. The cool thin loading bar on boot-up is gone too.

I'm doing a fresh install now (wipe + install). I'll update this post if anything changes.

I installed this over a lyrical hybrid and I am pretty happy with it. (especially after the **** that I had with .685)

No camera issues, no BBM text input errors, and no random jumps. (so far)

It seems a little snappier too, but who knows if that is the case or not. Also, the scrollbar during bootup is back to the old one and not the thinner one that I've seen on many of the recent builds.

Wonder how this radio would work with the 9500 .8xx release...

One of the weirder loads I've done, seems like its gonna crash and give a 507 message, then it goes ahead and loads like normal. Seems stable, lost my background wallpaper and had to reload it. all else seems fine so far.

YESSSSSSSS a new release but... NO... there is no French Input method

- Slacker issues still (no album art, random skips, periodically stops or completely locks up)

- Meterberry reset mode #3 works but won't clear the "Restart Completed" message after reboot (modes #1 & #2 won't work at all)

With 797 it seems you can't do an Event Log erase. ie, Alt " / " /
This seems like such weird thing to leave out, considering I do it at least once a day usually. NOt being able to seems very strange.

Seems really good to me so far, fast, no issues.

This is the first unofficial download i have preformed since i only found this site a week ago. I had one problem with my upgrade, for some reason when i used bbsak to backup my apps i couldn't get them to restore after the upgrade. It also didn't have the internet icon on my home screen, but after a little looking around i reset the permissions for internet and the icon appeared. I used my list from the restore file to re-download the apps i was missing. Took a little bit of time but still worth it. The whole process didn't take that long and my memory increased by almost 20 mb more than what i had before the upgrade. Camera seems faster when taking pics and internet is faster than the current official release, which i upgraded to last week before finding this site.

Seems to be a solid leak, used Shrink-a-OS to clean it up, no problems to speak of. Appears to have a stronger radio than my Bold 9650.

I've been running this since last night. Seems like a nice solid build actually, unlike the last Chinese leak.

I ripped out nearly everything with bbhybrids tool.. all languages, all games, all im apps except msn, icq, google talk and bbm, and left in app world, bb maps, application center, default ringtones & themes, setup wizard and sim card capabilities.

The memory seems to hold up very nicely, much better than the last lyricidal hybrid (3.2) that I was running. Unlike hybrids, the escreen shortcut works (the hold back and tap the top corners one). Everyone seems to comment on browsing speed, but I'm used to EDGE and very low signal at home, but I've moved and I'm now on 3G with full bars at home so I can't comment on browser speeds.

Not that I know of, but it works great with Lyricidal's last hybrid.

is it me or has anyone noticed that when you put the storm down without holding it and you try to touch and press to activate, it does nothing? but when you hold the phone you can touch and press. Crazy, i just noticed it. My wifes storm is on .608 and you can still touch and press to activate. Never noticed this before.

I am pretty sure it is normal. Both my storm 1's did it and my storm 2 does the same thing.

My S1 is abnormal then, with this build I can press the screen and everything comes up...without holding the phone.

Well just another example that no two storms act alike. I will never figure that one out. :aargh4:.

That happens to mine as well, intermittently...I believe it varies on different devices. My friends works fine.
