ok, its been bout 12 hours now for me. Im running v5 (141) with no themes, have storm lock, quick pull, poynt, viigo, air traffic game.

Positive over all another great build, smooth install with no complications other than seperate issue with backing up. so far faster all around, acc quicker, reloads quicker, browser quicker. haven't played with camera or others yet but im getting there.

think im gonna rock this version for a while, will try blue tooth soon & repost.

Thanks crackman & team for the great builds & support. you guys rock!

    Best yet !!

All aspects of this OS are "5 star". I used .141, and I literally see nothing but GREAT here. Instead of writing a repetition of what most everybody is saying...I'll just say "Thank You BBC"...:arms::arms: another outstanding hybrid.

installed the 132 file. As others have said mem gained on mine which for me usually ran around 20 or so now seems to be holding well at around 45. Time will tell if it falls more but this is with weather bug running, a few txt and email along with web browsing so things seem very stable so far. Typing seems better for me and does not lag as it did with V4. More to come later.

Oh forgot to mention radio strength seems very good. In my building on the second floor I flipped from 1X the 1XEV and only 1 bar showing max and now I am solid on the 1XEV with 3 bars showing so the radio seems to be very strong for me.

After doing my batt-pulls all is well. Using: 141/174, BBProv2 theme, QP and MeterB. Still haven't noticed the superquick boot times that I see a few people refer to but it is faster than the original OS. Overall, it's wonderful. Very stable and quick. Started with 50MB and not dropping far from that. Browser, camera and bluetooth are all smooth. I will give more feedback towards the end of my shift. :cool2:

I installed V5 with the .141 Radio. I am on Verizon and live right along the Canadian border and have no problems to date. Working pretty smoothly right now. Still would say it is the best compilation yet.

Just something I noticed, I still occasionally get the white lines when flipping from portrait to landscape. Not huge issue but it is still there. I will give this version 132 a few days then try the other.

I lost my icon for the Visual Voicemail though when I did Shrink OS. Anyone tell me how to restore that program onto my phone? Storm 9530 with Verizon.

If you deleted visual voicemail you can reinstall through DM. Go to application loader then update software then check the box next to Visual Voicemail and it will be reinstalled.

Tried that and that option is not available on the DM list. Says my software doesn't need to be updated. But can't find Visual Voicemail anywhere.

Have you tried resending service books. Also dial *228 option 1 then *228 options 2 then do a battery pull.

You may have to reload the OS not shrunk, or look at VZW website and see if there is a download for VVM

Tried all those suggestions and nothing. The Voice Mail download was there until I logged in and it disappeared saying my phone was not eligible for VVM. But I have a Storm. I might have to reload everything. But my phone is working soooooooo well I hate to screw with it. This V5 .141 is the best for me yet. Memory is smoking high and the phone flies.

Been on .141 v5 since last night. Everything super and memory holding strong until this afternoon, and memory started getting leaky. From 1:30 to 4:30 dropped 51.6 to 34.2 and did reset at 4:50, and in 1 hour leaked 7.6 MB
I'm gonna let it settle, a bit...but .141 was leaky on my storm before v5....and .132 v4 was as steady as could be...so I will let it go awhile, and then try .132 v5, and see if that is consistent with my v4 experience.

Boy it sure is nice to have choices...Thanks again BBC
