    Can I still load OS on my Storm with Ubuntu Linux?

    I manage my Storm with my work PC. On my home PC I have Ubuntu. It rocks, but I am still a n00b. Does anybody use Linux here? It seems to me that support for blackberries on Linux is spotty. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to configure bluetooth file transfer, but I don't know if I will be able to install OS's. My current strategy will be to attempt to get Loader.exe to run in WINE.


    Any thoughts?

    I am a noob with linux also but that would be awesome if you found a way to get loader.exe fully working with it. they have mac versions so im sure its highly possible someone has already built something to get it working

    another option would to be install windows using virtualbox, or another virtual machine program. i really wish i would break down and just learn everything about linux but i get very easily sidetracked lol

    from what i've found...

    dual boot of windows and ubuntu. You can also use vmware and create a virtual machine of windows within Ubuntu.

    LOL once you go linux you'll never go back .... but you did? ... i hear ya tho ... I would prefer to use linux any day over Windows, but as a graphic designer, The GIMP just doesn't cut it when compared to Adobe Photoshop, so I had to go back to Windows ... since then I changed jobs and got a Mac, so I'm happy ... best of both worlds ... all my Adobe apps and a *NIX OS
