Install if you want to, it has a couple of more refinments to it. Either one is a win win....

AH, reading is the key here<grin> Sorry been a bit busy dealing with server issues at work and blowing up our version control library. Who knew we'd reach the limit of subdirectories allowed under a unix directory. BTW that limit is 32000 but way off topic.

I installed 114 (it read 4.7.0.114 (Platform 4.0.0.136). I then followed the directions (one day later) and loaded the newer version: hybrid 2. It seems to be working but I never got the message that I was supposed to get: to Replace the device's applications with the older version provided by the blackberry Desktop Software. The installation completes and all seems fine but I still am on Platform 4.0.0.136 when I go to Tools, Advanced, About.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm installing this to my computer now and goin to jump to v2 here shortly. Have to wait on my slow computer to download the file.. YAYYYYYY

Oobie, I would wait to install v2, v3 will be available tomorrow afternoon

I only have 4, and not for the same devices 8830=135 9000=247 9500=113v1
and 9530=v3

I uninstall everything but the one I am using for said device
