ohh k gotcha. I was talking about the original hybrid.
I took your original hybrid and swapped out 1 of the keyboard files with version .109 and it solved the issue. Is this the same thing you did, or should i re-update?

Please forgive me, but I think I have missed something somewhere.
I downloaded the 114.exe file. Then downloaded the hybrid file (from post #1) and copied the extracted folder over the originally created 114.
Now when I go to Desktop manager, I have 220.127.116.11 (platform 18.104.22.168).
Is this correct or did I miss a file or 2?
Thank you for your help.

Do not use the DM
back up 1 level to apploader> delete vendor.xml> same folder is the Loader.exe, double click that and follow the instructions in the readme file and follow the link to How to return to a previous OS.

That is what I did, but let me look at my files and unzip one more time.
Just to make sure, the extracted files from the hybrid zip file folder says "9530-v126.96.36.199_P188.8.131.52"
This is correct?
I copied all the contents of this folder over the files in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9530-v184.108.40.206_P220.127.116.11
I then started DM and checked status under the help tab.

bb crackman... have you looked into making a 113/114 hybrid? Would it fix any problems or create new issues?
