Nope. See my previous post for the path that is on my machine... No "shared" and no "loader files".

OK... I have removed DM v4.7 and installed DM 4.6.

I have run the 114 EXE file.

I still have no "shared" or "loader files" in my path... The path is the same as in my original post.

    A quick question....

I am currently running a .114 hybrid (.114 cdma with the .113 "official 9500" java files copied over the ones in the .114 java directory).

Is your hybrid constructed differently than this one?

Currently my storm is running fine except the Accelerometer is slower than on my prior .109 install. Did you change anything to improve the speed back to what it was?

    Thanks!

BB are you downloading leaked 114 first, then downloading your ziped hybrid?

Then are you coping java from hybrid to .114?
Then do I need to copy .cod files to fix dial pad issue?
Is the exe in read me file .114?

Sorry it took so long to reply

    download and install 114 exe
Download the hybrid zip, extract, open folder, you will see 4 files, rt click and copy the 4.7.0.114 file
Then go to c>program files>common files>shared>loader files and paste, yes to overwrite.
the cod files you dont need they are for people who downloaded before I made the changes

there are not any .113 cod's in this hybrid. if you post your finding in the findings thread. I am using that to tweak the hybrid further.

    Ok I sure will.

Do you have or seen any fixes for the lock response?

You also need the 4.7.0.114exe file. Once you download the zip file, extract the data, open the folders, you will see 4 files. there is a readme file that will tell you how to install. And I will be here to help you install if need be

vendor specific data, which could prevent installation

I just installed the EXE. Now what? I opened the app loader (I think). Is that the application loader in the Desktop Manager? If so, I got lost at where you said to delete the vendor file.

ANy help would be greatly appreciated!

did you copy the hybrid folder from the zip file? if so you need to go to
C> program files> common files> research in motion> shared> loader files and paste ( you will see another folder in there named 4.7.0.114 do not paste on this file, paste in the open) yes to overwrite.
Now go back 2 levels to the apploader file> delete the vendor.xml, in the same folder is the loader.exe (looks lik a phone) double click it and that will launch the loader program

was i suppose to click all the check boxes on the loader.exe program while I was going through the set up? I did, so I hope that was right. I selected the apps I wanted on the phone, not all of the other language garbage.

Also am I supposed to do something with these .cod files that are in the hybrid.zip file?
