Need direction to the instructions after I backup device

I've downloaded the leaked 132 exe file but can't remember what to do after backing up 3rd party aps and doing a DM backup. Can somebody direct me to the instructions (I had them bookmarked but when BlackberryOS changed urls, I lost them all) - thanks - n

delete the vendor.xml file

go to c/program files/common files/research in motion/app loader
locate the phone icon in there and if you are on vista right clik and run as administrator if you are on xp double click and follow on screen instruction

Make sure OS is installed to PC

Close Desktop Manager

Go to…..C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research in Motion\AppLoader…..delete the vendor.xml file

Dbl Click the Loader application:

Check what you want to be installed and continue with the instructions.
