Stuff like this gets real old real quick! Any help would be appreciated.
another one is if DM asks if you want to turn on mass storage, choose NO

lol i came here to post that this is the best radio yet.. and now i c others arent havin the same results.. my signal is great thou.. much more stable than .122 and .113... and memory is similar as the 3.5 hybrid.. which was fine and stable.. doesnt go lower that then low 20s afta a 48 start up.. now it settles in the high 20s.. so a lil improvement there.. another things ive noticed is that my theme runs smoother on this one... hidden dock is smoother and landscape home screen to portrait theme screen is faster... lockin is still pretty fast .. a sec to lock and instant unlock.. and the browser is finally showin some good improvement to me.. if only it stayed this fast with java enabled.. and camara is still on par for me.. nice to see speeds w/o a hybrid..
but the signal strength is probably my favorite thing from this new os

trust me no one gets it. Color was only working with .75 and .90. Keep in mind that all of these are unofficial leaks. The official releases by VZW had color. So when you install these you install at your own risk knowing that there may be bugs associated with it. If color is that important you can always go back to .75

Jlevy, the question im askin is about the THEME I MADE...and how it works with different OSs. My tests of it show bad results in OSs with the issue, and looks perfect on those with full color. thanx for the comment,... no offense, but i asked a specific person becuz he is running my theme and he knows my issue.

BBC, thanx for your reply aswell... maybe my phone is jus jacked up, i dunno, ive gone through 4 now..

My bad didn't read the earlier posts. Was just responding to you on the color issue in general. My apologies.

Has anyone else noticed that the battery life totally sucks? According to meterberry, after the install and 2 5 minute battery pulls, my discharge is 20% per/hr. WTF?!?!?!?

This is not what it may at first appear to be as MeterBerry does an averaging routine on battery usage. So, your two batt pulls are unrealistically overweighting that calculation. For more info on this, it is explained on meterberry dot com website's FAQ.

At time of install, my battery was at 69%. In 2 hours my battery went from 69% down to 21%, so I dont think that 20% per/hr is far off. I'm following % with Meterberry and Stat.

Yes battery life seems to suck with .132. After 12 hours installed with minimal usage it is down to 15%. This is pretty poor.

One thing to try is to totally drain your battery to the point where it shuts off automatically. Then charge it back up again. These batteries have a memory and by doing this refreshes things.

Bear I'm with you on this. Battery life with .132 has been poor.

jlev recommended 3 60-second battery pulls. I had battery drain issues with a previous OS and that did the trick on my phone so I have been doing this with every new OS install. You might want to try this also.

Also, not clear if you wiped the phone prior to installing .132. There is still mixed opinion on whether wiping is necessary, but it works for me and doesn't take long to do. If you haven't doen a wipe, you might want to consider wiping and reinstalling .132, then do the 3 60-second battery pulls.

Oh, but don't forget to backup your apps before wiping.

I've been running .132 for about 5 hours now. It seems at least as good as v3.5. Signal strength is excellent and has remained at 1XEV and 5 bars since install. Speedtest shows download speed 389.67 (max 393.35) and upload at 308.34 (max 310.18). I'll give more feedback after I run the phone more.

wow Bear...that's a whole other story! I have no additional info to offer on that kind of battery drain but I am not having that issue at all on this OS. Most reports that I've read here and elsewhere are indicating decent battery parameters with .132
I'm using MeterBerry to monitor mine. Been up for 7 hours...averaging about 2.5% - 3.0%/hour with light to moderate use.

I guess it's another example of how each phone reacts differently. Ive been texting, testing the camera and video, browsing and made a few calls and battery has only gone down 5%. I'll do a bit more browsing, which seem to eat up the battery, and report impact on battery later.

I thought lithium cell batteries didn't have memories?

They do, that is why draining your battery fully will flash the memory on it. Try it out for yourself, you will a marked improvement in battery life.

Lithium ion batteries do not have a memory effect like the old NiCd or NiMH. However, they do contain battery meter chips that measure charge and discharge currents and try to report a remaining battery life based on that. These meter chips can get confused or out of sync with the actual battery state, so fully discharging (to shutoff) then giving a full charge essentially recalibrates the meter chip.

Here are my findings after about 7 hours,
    Battery life not as good
    Signal not near as good
App memory from 40.5 after 3 60 sec. battery pulls to 15.5 now (.122 much better) may retest without Viigo
    Browser faster
Camera much faster on taking a picture, but still slow on cycling to save or delete.
    MMS and attachments all good
Phone all good 1 dropped call so far, from black screen laying flat to picking it up, just went to home screen. (Ha kinda reminded me of .75)
accelerometer not so great, lots of clock time the first few hours that seems to be all but gone
Typing great, just loving the speed
Cut and paste also still great
I think it's a big step in the right direction and i'm not not liking it
I think i'll give it a week.... oh wait at the rate of os' and hybrids coming out i most likly wont have it a week.... HA!

I think it's kinda amazing how the same phone for different people run so differently
