Thumbs down Any way to keep contact Photo links?

I like to have photos linked to my contacts to use apps like FaceCall and to see who is calling me. However, I am on a BES and my contacts come from the BES server via Lotus Notes. To update to a new hybrid, I have to remove the IT policy which removes all my email and contacts and after installing the new software and reactivating with my BES it restores my contacts, email, etc. but the links to the pictures are gone and I have to go back and link each up again. Big pain as I have several hundred to do! Anyone know of a way to save and restore these. Problem of course is that I can not install any apps after the IT policy is back but am not sure if I could import a contact backup of some type if one could be made with the photo links intact. Not sure where all that info is stored exactly and of course could end up with duplicate contacts or some such but worth a try if anyone has any ideas.

when you back up, do you do your third party apps?

When I restore my third party apps, How to back up & restore 3rd-party apps, all settings go back to the way I had them before.

I can not confirm this will fix your problem, as I do not link photos to caller, but this may be the fix you need.

Let us know if it worked.
