I have downloaded 18.104.22.168. My desktop Manager does not recognize any upgraded software.
I am still running 4.7.0.075. So I went to the Loader.exe file and the same problem.
I am currently using Windows 7 and have followed all the recommendations for resolving the USB issues, deleted the Vendor.xml file and still nothing.
Is there anything else I can try or do I just have to wait until Verizon realeases the official upgrade over the air?
