could you put up a pic of what you see where your stuck.
with the screen in front of you, hit alt & print screen together, paste it in paint, and save it. then get the image code from a hosting account like photobucket.

i know if i could see a pic i could diagnose this better.
i did a wipe and dwnld v.3 hybrid. when i went to my c dr./prgm file/common/research/ app lder there was no vender file to delete so i went on to the loader and tried to install the app to my phone and it said it didnt have device sftwr for my phone pls advise on this matter im loosing my mind.
