This could only be an update to be overwritten onto an existing Os as no alx or platform files exist. Certainly cannot be used as is.

but it doesn't sound too complicated
Install a fresh 402 on the pc
if required copy your relevant language files from a 371 into the java folder of the 402
then use the 425 files and copy them into the java and cdma folder of 402
if required shrink with shrink-a-os
install to your berry
