Thread: 9500 5.0.0.402 how to get Italian input

Good day...

This morning (I write from Italy) I've installed on my storm the last leaked firmware and I sadly noted that there arent any other language except english.

Do you know a way to get the "Italian Input" at least because i can't write anything with the suretype/grammar check and i can't disable this feature.

If you have any solution please give me a hint

Hopefully one of our members will be able to shed some light on this problem.

Download 371 OS which is said to be compatible and try to copy all the

"net_rim_xxxxx__language of choice.cod" and

all those relating to Docs 2 go and applications with

"xxx__language of choice.cod"

from the 371 JAVA folder into your 402 JAVA folder and use the RIM-Loader for the update...
If you include docs to go it should be some 37 files...

It at least worked with "language of choice = de"

But please don't forget to backup your system before and don't blame me if it does not work

I solved that...

I recovered all the xxx_it.cod from the 328 and loaded with BBSAK.
