323 base OS + .287H = pop up key, 3g logo, no white bars..etc...

I think am up to something here..I originally d/l .328 w/bbc's V10 and had great performance for the first few days. After a week or so,Memory leak become a major issue for me..Saw a post on V10s thread w/a member stating he d/l bbc's v10 over 323 and has remarkable experience. I did the same thing then I got curious. I read on many posts here and bbhybrids.net about how a lot of people miss the "3G" symbol and the "Pop up" keys feature. For the hec of it, I just recently d/l 323 and installed Lyric's .287 Hybrid over it and I now have "3G" symbol, "pop up" keys, no white bars w/theme (running Natems's Black n blue"). In my about screen, it reads 5.0.0.238. There may be other apps that work well but Here's a list of my own personal apps that work;

QL/Ql reset works also

I was interested in your success with this leak/hybrid mash-up.
I d/l this a.m. And have not seen any of the positive aspects of it
that you have. No 3G...no pop up keys...no white bar free themes.
Did you shrink the OS prior to installing it?

So you just went back and installed an old OS?? Forgive me for not understanding. It would be great if you had all this on .328, but having the popup and 3g on .238 is not all that surprising. Although in the end isnt it all about you having something your happy with, and if you happy with this combination and it works well for you then more power to ya!

But isnt it basically .323 if its installed over it i am the one who did that. and i have always had a more smoother running phone. i tried v10 and was really impressed but also had a major memory leak so i went back to lyrics hybrid semms to work better for me. i dont know why but with the install over .323 its more stable and just seems to run better

You ahve this tag "Rocking .328/.351 and working 3G and popups keys!!!!!!!!!" How? Same as Prince Jah? I am confused.

thats a good point i didnt notice that. great attention to detail, maybe he has a secret he isnt letting out TheBroken are you hiding something. :)

Prince Jah is basically running .323/w extra goodies thats it. It works for him and thats all that matters. What I am trying to do it get the popup and 3G on the official .328

numbers are close, dont confuse .328 official with .238 leak from a couple months back. Even though Prince Jah's About screen shows .238 (not .328) its base is .323 which is older still

sorry for the false hope, I missed a word, I am working on getting 3g and pop ups back and I have but am having a few issues and want to iron them out.

BTW, I did give the proper props on the 323 stability finding..I just forgot who did that..I am Definitely NO HyBRID guru by any means..I was just influenced by the member's finding and tried to experiment and piggyback of it w/out bricking my phone...Everyone Relax and take a deep breath..It seems that some of you are taking this to the head and bringing negativity where it's not needed. All I intended to do was share my own experience that worked for "me". Thank you!

I agree 100% I mentioned that when everything is all said and done as long as your setup works for you then thats all that should matter. Making mention of how you did it and how its working for you is the best thing for anyone out here trying to get a combination that best works for them. I was also stating that I didnt want there to be confusion about .238 and .328 since the numbers are so close.

Hey have you done .371 over 323 yet? If so what are your thoughts?
