It is the latest Official Operating Sysytem from Sasktel.
It's not a 5.0 but it's one that has not been leaked before.

Don't know if anyone else picked up on this, but the platform is 4.0.0.181.

Sound familiar? It should, that's the same radio file that comes in 148

yea i figured it out after I posted it and couldn't delete the post. Never heard of Sasktel and it threw me off.
