i got it now and i went there but wouldnt let me log in and when i tried to use my pin to create it said i exsited but when i tried to retrieve my password said i didnt have an account....:cockblockedsad:
I had that happen once. I called Verizon IT and they set it up. Sorry. Does that help?

look at your accounts see if there is a little red envelope next to the account name with a line thru it. if so click on it it will ask you for your password it will revailidate the account after you do that for each account then resend your service books.

I'm having the same problem now after upgrading to 3.5. when i try to log on to BIS it keeps saying Processing Information please wait.
try a battery pull after you resend everything, that worked for me
